From the moment we entered the hotel up until we left the service couldn't have been better. The staff were extremely helpful, the service was great. What more can we say. We would definitely come back

I loved my room, much better than most single rooms, with a little corridor of extra space. However, every time the lift moved it was a bit noisy. I always travel with earplugs so had no real worries. It was convenient and I would stay there again as long as the price did not go up.

Hotel is very low standards..bed too small, bathroom even more. Sinker blocked in the bathroom

We enjoyed the best location one could imagine as well as a very friendly and helpful staff which even allowed a change of rooms as we asked for a room at the frontside

Not great i'm afraid. Very confused, unhelpful guy on reception to greet us. Room smelt of damp and had a huge, very ominous looking stain on the ceiling above the bed. TV didn't work at all! We had a room in the basement and what with the tube nearby, and the plumbing of the hotel it was a very restless night. We didn't bother to complain as the guy seemed to have no idea about anything, and we were only there one night. Room was a really good size for the price, with a clean bathroom and lovely clean sheets-so that was the positive. Breakfast OK-we had an English one made for us which was great. When we were leaving the lady on reception did ask if we wanted to leave any luggage there for safe-keeping for the day, which I thought was a nice touch. We just wanted to get away though! Fine if you just want somewhere to rest your head for 1 night, just don't expect much sleep

This was the second time I have stayed in this hotel and I enjoyed my stay this time too.

It is very basic no aircon - rooms get quite hot but we requested a fan from reception which they delivered. Clean beds and comfy clean towels. But the bath room gets really humid and sticky and is need or make over the carpet was not great. Small room very crammed but overall you pay for what you get very very basic but ok if you not spending anytime at the hotel and out sight seeing etc. Breakfast was ok

For the price we paid, we were satisfied with the hotel. The counter staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with comfortable white sheets. The location was excellent too. An advantage of the hotel is that it has a wireless internet access

I booked this hotel as part of a theatre break for my parents who found the hotel to be clean, well located, friendly staff and quite reasonable price wise. They said they enjoyed their stay

Excellent price for a central hotel although the rooms were very small. The carpets could do with a clean and the rooms were quite dusty. Also, the cleaners never left any towels one day and I has to ask at reception for some and carry them up the room myself. However, the bathroom and bed was clean. The reception to the hotel and restaurant and bar were lovely
