This was our first trip to London. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. No A/C. Older building with small rooms. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

It was very close to Paddington station, so easy to get to from Heathrow and the rooms were ok.

This hotel is very poor. The rooms aren't clean and it has a catastrophic breakfast! To live under a bridge is more comfortable.
