Overall it was a decent stay at Hyde Park Inn. However with it being one of the hottest weekends of the year the room was far too warm to the point where it was very uncomfortable with no air conditioning, there were only two plugs in our room which held 20 people one of which did not work. But the hostel was clean and each bed allowed you your privacy with curtains around the bed. The kitchen was easily accessible and big enough to use for the amount of people who would stay there. It's also in a nice area adjacent to the tube station at Bayswater and surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Overall it was a good weekend if not a little basic it's a good stop off point

I did like the stay, Hyde Park Inn is better than others. I especially liked the curtain around every single bed. I also enjoyed that the toilets and showers were always free. I disliked that I did not get a student discount. But on the other hand at least I could move in a wee bit before 11pm

Never felt as though my belongings were in danger of getting stolen. Met some great people at Hyde Park Inn. Cheap and gives you a place to sleep and shower which is all I needed

Hyde Park Inn is a very nice and clean place. Very good zone because of the location and the services really close by. The have breakfast, even if there is not that much to eat

This hostel was filthy dirty and the room was extremely small. I will not stay here again and do not recommend this hostel.

The Hyde Park Inn is in a great location where it is easy to reach by public underground or 30 mins walk from Oxford Street. The hostel looks great from the outside but only fine inside. Friendly staff who guide you to in front of your room. Huge drawback can be the shower which only has one water tap. So it's horrible during winter because the water is too cold or too hot for your skin. I myself think it's only good during summer. Basic breakfast with cereals or bread with sauces (never have that before).

Ok value, improve on noise level in the rooms after midnight and breakfast

Fine but not perfect. I think there are not enough showers or toilets. In the common room, with the TV, it was nice. There were some connection issues with some channels. The eating room, under the veranda, is really bad : It was raining inside, and the tables were not stable at all

Had a great stay, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great facilities within the hostel and perfect location
