Hyde Park Hostel Reviews page 2
Based on 467 Hotel ReviewsWent to the Hyde Park Hostel fearing the worst, got there and it was fine. Clean 4 bed room, clean toilet and shower room. Big refrigerator for everyones food. Lots of different kinds of occupants, so what - who said you are perfect!?. I had a good stay. Good experience and would say to all. This hostel is so well situated, just go with the flow and take it easy. You get what you pay for so just expect a bed with clean sheets and you will be happy. I was
Hyde Park Hostel was really amazing
Hyde Park Hostel has an affordable price. Nice breakfast and brilliant location
Good location and pretty clean hostel in Central London. The only problem is the lack of toilet/shower facilities for the amount of guests staying. The ladies showers had no light, one shower was broken and the other was poor maintained. Not enough wash basins so people used toilets instead
Overall, Hyde Park Hostel is good. It is located in a good place. It is very convenient to find some restaurants and mini market around there. Besides that, the price of the room is reasonable. However, the service of the hostel is worst, especially the attitude of the receptionist
Was really amazing, didn't expect what I met on ground, was really beyond my expectations. I really enjoined staying at Hyde Park Hostel
This is a London hostel with rooms with up to 21 beds. The quality is not even throughout, nor consistent from day to day. Some showers and basins do not have hot water, or alternatively no pressure; others have both. Soap and toilette paper availability is also uneven. However, we saw cleaning staff at work regularly, so I doubt the problems were entirely due to lack of trying. A so called continental breakfast is available, but consists of the cheapest available white bread, margarine and red jam, tea or coffee, and cereal. Adequate for survival but not particularly healthy. More health conscious visitors can buy their own food, store it in the refrigerators (if there's room) and prepare it in the communal kitchen. Location is good. Personnel are quite friendly and helpful if one treats them as human beings. They were consistently pleasant with and to us
Great atmosphere and very clean at Hyde Park Hostel. Although very busy, it was spacious and roomy
I stayed at Hyde Park Hostel 3 nights, I mostly was just needing a place to sleep, so it was fine. Staff were altogether really helpful, and generally the rooms were quite clean, if perhaps a bit old and grotty (which does make it harder to clean). Was impressed that there was a daily clean. If had any complaint it would be that I wasn't given assurance or even clarity about whether I would get what I booked for. The other would be that the wifi and storage wasn't free, I could have paid the same price for another hostel with wifi and storage included. Thank you
Cheap, clean hostel in Central London
