An excellent stay, very welcoming and will return in the summer

Hyde Park Court Hotel is in a great location. The room was small and basic but the bed was OK. There was only one working plug out of the three. There was no lift. You need to be fit going from the dining room back to the 4th floor (about 80 steps). The shower did not get warm and room was red hot

Hyde Park Court Hotel is in a superb location, near Paddington tube station, but unfortunately, that's about all this place has going for it. For the first 2 days of my stay I had no phone, no internet, no hot water and the TV didn't work. The room was filthy, cold, and over-priced, and the staff surly and unhelpful.

The Hyde Park Court Hotel has very good service, but the single room is small.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyde Park Court Hotel. We found the staff very helpful. The room was a bit small as well as the en suite bathroom, but considering that we were out all day it wasn't a problem. It was very convenient to all the attractions. Most places were within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay there again, we did try to extend our stay but unfortunately they were fully booked

Very friendly and accomodating. Noise of the underground made it a little noisy but nothing that would put me off going! Comfortable and clean.

Good location but relatively small poor quality rooms, however they were clean. I expected it to be basic because of the price we paid. Nice restaurant but fairly noisy during the night. The room at the Hyde Park Court Hotel was very hot and there was no facility to adjust the central heating. All that said, the staff were cheerful and helpful.
