Good hotel in London, comfortable, friendly staff, would use again

We arrived quite late to check in and it wasn't a problem as we did call in advance to let the hotel know. The room was perfect for our needs and we can't understand why it is two star rated when it should be more. The only disappointment was and not down to the hotel was we had a four flights of stairs walk to our room, my partner had a knee replacement in January and it was hard going for her to walk up the stairs. After a good nights sleep in a comfy bed it was easier for her to walk down in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel for others, it's cheap and the rooms are very clean and perfect an overnight night stay. I most definitely would book Hotel 65 London again in the future

Good hotel in London. Location is handy for Hammersmith station. Room was clean, staff were friendly. Excellent value for money. I would certainly consider booking Hotel 65 London again

For someone who is not computer literate, I found the Travelstay system very easy to use. Following my booking I e-mailed TravelStay with a query, Natalie replied very quickly, she was friendly, polite and a pleasure to deal with, funny how people's responses can cheer your day. Thank you Natalie and TravelStay, I will definitely use you again and would recommend to others

The hotel staff were nice especially the man who was in reception over night. The room was nice and clean and spacious. I have no complaints and well worth the money spent. I will definately go back again.

Fairly good location for transport, variety of eateries and easy to find. Room was recently refurbished, clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good, quick and efficient. Booking in was a little slow as the reception manager was responsible for a number of different buildings which are all under the same group and he was initially at another building. We were located in building 73 just a few doors away but breakfast was to be taken at number 65. Not a problem as it was good weather but could be pointed out at point if sale. Overall an inexpensive overnight stay
