Everything you’d expect from a decent hotel but at a better price. Clean, modern, all mod-cons (television, tea/coffee, WiFi, safe, room service etc.). Only thing was that staff weren’t so friendly. No one was rude or anything, and I wasn’t expecting the red carpet treatment either, but it just felt like they didn’t care that much. I would stay again though. I slept really well

Having stayed at quite a few London hotels in this area in this price bracket I can say I would go back! 10 mins walk from Paddington. Staff were helpful which is a plus when you've stayed at hotels where staff are downright lazy and rude. The room was clean and great shower. All in all was very ok

Could not open window in my room, breakfast only partly ready at 7.30 - breakfast girls more interested in talking in the kitchen than serving the guest. Very good location, bathroom nice and clean and new

Hotel 43 is in a really handy location - close to Hyde Park and Queensway Underground, with plenty of restaurants and a couple of pubs nearby as well as the cinema. The room I had on the fourth floor was quiet and comfortable, with a reasonable-sized bathroom and cupboard/ drawer space and good tv services. I couldn't work out the little fridge. The continental breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and was plenty to get me going for the day. Staff were friendly but discreet and the facilities clean.

Very nice and clean hotel in London. Breakfast is simple but perfectly fine for this price. Good bargain
