Comfortable clean room at Holland Court Hotel, breakfast acceptable friendly staff

My stay at Holland Court Hotel was fine. The room and facilities were adequate. However,other than the day of check in, the bed was not well made on any of the other days. The cover was just thrown back. This happened for my room and another that my colleagues stayed in. We complained at the reception but there was no change. This was extremely disappointing,I have never experienced this in any other hotel. On one day,the cup and glass in the room were also not cleaned. I hope the hotel will improve on this, it is a pleasant place to stay and very conveniently located

Enjoyable stay. Very clean and modern facilities. Everyone pleasant and helpful especially young man called Meena who bent over backwards for us and always had a smile whatever time. Would definitely book Holland Court Hotel again. Deserves 3 star rating

Found this London Hotel adequate for our requirements. Small and basic which you expect for a 3 star hotel in London, nothing more nothing less. Pleasant staff on reception. All in all a nice stay

This London hotel has clean spacious rooms. They have a good breakfast and the staff very friendly. Overall I had a comfortable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holland Court Hotel. Although we only stayed for one night, it was comfortable, relaxing and pleasing. The location was perfect. Extremely close to the underground and Kensington is beautiful. Will definitely stay here again in the summer

I was pleasantly met by the receptionist and parking was explained early in out conversation which was very helpful. I had several conversations with this charming and very professional lady. In the morning there was an equally friendly and helpful gentleman on reception. All in all a very nice place with warm friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel 

Holland Court Hotel included all the basics. It was clean, comfortable had a TV and coffee making facilities in the room and heating and air con.

The room was quite small with good en-suite facilities. The breakfast was simple but good and the staff (24/7) were helpful and very friendly. Good value for money! The only criticism was that the breakfast room was small and cramped
