Really pleased with our stay. Heathrow Lodge was adequate for our needs, comfortable beds, reception staff were helpful and we used the free bus to get to the airport and back. After some discussion, as we had booked 8 months in advance, our original parking quote was upheld. The car parking and location were the main reasons for choosing this hotel so with the increased parking rate we would need to look at other options and quotes before booking again. However I would highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay before flying from Heathrow, as location was excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable

This is the second time we have stayed at Heathrow Lodge and both times found the staff very helpful and the shuttle service prompt. We will stay here again for any flights from Heathrow. thanks to all the staff

I only stayed at Heathrow Lodge for 1 night and didn't have high expectations owing to the close proximity to terminal 5 versus the cost of the room. I was pleasantly surprised! The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and the bed comfortable with facilities to make tea and coffee. The en-suite was very small but clean and the water lovely and hot. At first the air traffic was extremely busy and noisy but by 11PM all was quiet and only re-commensed after I left at 6:45am. The driver of the complimentary shuttle was extremely helpful and pleasant. A pleasant experience overall. Thank you

Heathrow Lodge is my preferred overnight when ever I am undertaking a journey from the airport. Accommodation is good and the lodge never fails to satisfy. Big improvements on the occasion of my recent visit with re-decoration throughout. I'll keep coming! Thanks

Staff very welcoming and approachable at Heathrow Lodge. Hotel clean. However I did find the hotel noisy; with aircrafts taking off but also constant door banging from either cleaners or people checking in
