The room at Hanover Hotel London is very good and the service is excellent. Housekeepers clean the room everyday and change towels everyday

Good location near Victoria. Rooms small but clean, also dining room was very small. Price / Value is okay. I would book Hanover Hotel London again

Climbing the stairs to the top floor was arduous but the room was comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were pleasant

It's not the Ritz but you get what you pay for. Room is clean, fresh towels everyday. Just a 15-minute walk from Victoria Station. Breakfast room can be a bit cramped but the food itself is good, nice atmosphere

The Hanover Hotel is very nice and run by very helpful people. The first room we were given was in the basement and it was very humid and lacking fresh air, so we asked for a change of room. The day after we were moved to a beautiful room upstairs. I must remark the staff were very kind

Positives: 1. Hotel central to Victoria road and rail stations. 2. Room adequate for price. 3. Breakfast always the same but good. 4. Staff at front desk and kitchen were polite, friendly and very helpful. Full marks to them. Negatives: l. Toilet seat loose. Was hand tightened but I think it required new bolts/nuts . 2. Room was warm, it wasn't till the last day that I saw a notice on the door to contact front desk for airconditioning to be put on! 3. No bedside lamp, quite inconvenient.

On plus side good location, clean room and nice staff, on other hand the room (single) was absolutely tiny and the breakfast room cramped
