If there was an option for 0 out of 5 I would choose that. The room was tiny and cold with a very strange smell. The shower, which was virtually over the toilet was a pathetic drizzle that varied rapidly between very cold and very hot! We asked to change rooms and were given a double as there were no twins left, which was basically two single beds pushed together due to lack of room. On my second morning there the maintenance man let himself into the room whilst I was in the bathroom (without knocking) and began hammering on the bathroom door, (which didn't lock!) saying that water was leaking into the room below. I received no apology for this incident or any reassurance that the problem had been fixed

I booked a triple room and got a double and a single, I went to the room to find there was no toilet in the single room however the toilet in the double was so small to turn around you had to step in the shower complained about the single changed room as they were not very tidy. I will not be staying here again.

Only stayed in the hotel for one night. Hotel was OK. Did not like the fact that my toilet was not actually inside my room (which was stated on the website). In the morning i went for the continental breakfast but was disappointed as the room was fairly small and packed, I couldn't find anywhere to sit and so was unable to have any breakfast. I liked the fact that the rooms had free TV and freeview and the beds were comfortable. I had a fairly good nights sleep. Overall I think this hotel is OK to stay in for just one night but i wouldn't have stayed any longer.

The hotel booking system was great, the gentleman who booked us in was very informative, the room, well what can I say, It was nice! People had used the outside of the window as an ash tray, the bed was broken, the headboard was broken, the bedside table was broken, the shower didn't fit into the holder so was not able to be used, the toilet seat was broken, they supplied us with two pots of milk! There was no-where to store clothes but the television was great!!!! After the recommendation by yourselves I tried it, I won’t again. The rating I have given is the lowest as you haven't got a zero!! Not a happy customer.

The service is good and the environment is not so good, but it is valuable for the low price

Fine for the money. it's a budget place. The sheets are clean and it's central for Victoria etc

Estamos muy decepcionados con nuestra estancia, nuestra habitación estaba en el sótano y cada vez que alguien usa el baño de los tubos no sería bang, la alarma de humo salía del techo, se rompió la cama, la manija de la puerta del baño estaba en el alféizar . Los elogios bandeja era agradable, pero le faltaba un hervidor de agua, por lo que no podía hacer una bebida - el único factor positivo fue el desayuno.

Small but comfortable & clean room. Good service & rates. Nice residential area. Excellent location for tourists

We stayed at the Grapevine Hotel for one night and it was great you can come and go when you wanted, clean and tidy. The breakfast was A+, would stay again

I had a very comfortable 2 night stay at this hotel the staff were all friendly and helpful at all times. Hotel clean and tidy. A few minutes walk from Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace, and the big eye all within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family and if fortunate enough to go to London again I would come back here
