The bus shuttle system at White House Hotel is excellent. I am delighted to say your staff are most friendly ever, they make customers feel at home which is a vital asset in hotel management. I will suggest, next time in a Christmas season like this, key a customized gift item e.g key holders for your customers it may not cost more than 10pence but keeps a lasting memory with your customers.
