Beds were really comfortable! Garden View Hotel was fun, I liked it. Met some cool people here which was surprising! Value for money was excellent, it was clean and the staff were friendly. What more could you want?

The staff were friendly and I especially liked the location in Earls Court. Very easy for us to get around in London. Everything was clean so I have no complaints

The small space and no air conditioning was probably the worst thing about our stay. The front desk wasn't informative at all. No maps of the area and when we asked them about how to get certain places (like the airport) they couldn't help. There was a stain on my friend’s bed that wasn't removed until 2 days after we informed them. The good thing was the location and the price. It is near the tube for easy transportation and there were lots of enjoyable places to eat nearby.
