European Hotel Reviews page 6
Based on 632 Hotel ReviewsI had a good stay and felt that the room was good value. My only problem was that the cleaner tidied my room and did not lock my room behind her. She left the door unlocked.
Great budget price hotel, no frills, no ensuite, but full English breakfast provided in the price. Very handy if like me you wish to spend time researching in the British Library at St. Pancras...
I found the European hotel very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good although the toast was always extemely dry and hard to eat, very rubbery. However, the employees were not at all customer friendly. The only exception being some of the ladies at reception. In general I found them unfriendly.
Great location, ideal for my stay.
What you see is what you get. Lady on check-in was very helpful and friendly. Room functional and clean, great shower room, breakfast room well stocked and staff very helpful. I have no complaints!
Good customer service. Very nice breakfast. First night was cold. I made maximum heat, but it didn't help. Generally, it is very nice hotel matched with my expectations.
European Hotel is adequate. Serves its purpose. Decent location, less than 5 minute walk to Kings Cross Station. Basically clean. Breakfast is ok. Had some trouble keeping hot water in my room, had to be fixed twice for two different reasons. Both times they fixed water the same day, but had to wait until later in the day for a hot shower.
The bed and breakfast was very basic, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. However the bedroom smelt of stale smoke. The breakfast was good, but the tea and coffee stewed, the staff were friendly.
Dated hotel. However, rooms were very clean, bedding and towels were fresh and clean. Staff very friendly. Location was really good, handy for buses and trains and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good. I would say, give it a try!
Excellent staff, very friendly, clean. It's my second time I've stayed there and will book European Hotel in April or May
