Loved my stay. Great location for transport and nightlife. Hotel staff made me welcome. Everything clean and tidy. Thanks for a pleasant stay

Nice reception and warm welcome. Room was a bit tatty had to fix curtains. My bed was a bit broken and telly did not work, but every thing else was ok. I would stay again. Just right for the O2 Shepards Bush Empire

Was great value with student discount. It only seemed to be partly refurbished, but the single room was wide and came with a wide bathroom. Staff were kind. I would go back to stay someday

Central location, good room and nice staff

We didn't enjoy our stay. We were put in a small room in the Balkan next door, which was full of mould and falling to bits. We returned after a day in London to find that the cleaning lady had been in to our room and left it unlocked all day. To top it off we didn't have enough towels or bedding and weren't supplied when asked and an alarm kept going off in the hallway. On a plus side they did give us a discount for the above and the breakfast was good though, but I wouldn't stay there again

On arrival at the hotel, the room was dark and dreary and cold. When I asked if the radiator would work if adjusted he said it should be working. He rudely replied someone will come and fix it but no indication as to when. Then he went to tell me I don't have to take the room if I don't want to rather than apologise and courteously offer another me another heated room. Luckily I asked to see the room before he hastily asked for my payment.

Cheap and basic, but fine overall. Rooms were warm and clean, if a bit tired. Could have done with more blankets, but would be happy to stay there again

Very basic room, not as expected. We had a family room, which had a double bed and a single bed. The single bed was very wobbly! There was no wardrobe, no chairs, no table, just 2 coat hangers, toiletries for 2 people only. Only 2 cups and tea making facilities for 2 people. Breakfast was okay, although the eggs are overcooked, basic cornflakes, weetabix, yoghurt, and warm milk available. Kitchen staff are nice. Okay as a place to sleep in for a few nights otherwise, okay for transport links too, zone 2 area

Rooms were inconsistent in size. Didn't even have anywhere to set in our room except on the bed and toilet. Breakfast was good. Room was on busy street which was quite loud

Staff friendly. Room clean. Breakfast OK. Internet connection very poor in my room but elsewhere in the hotel was OK. Location ideal. Price very good.
