Generally pretty good, big enough for two, have everything you need. However my room was the top one in the hotel, a very long walk on the stairs

Overall the room was clean and fine and so was the shower/toilet except for the water taking too long to get warm/hot in the shower. Also, there was water dripping from the ceiling so we had to move the bed and place some pots on the floor

Great London hotel! Will book Dylan Paddington again

I would highly recommend this London hotel. It was brilliantly situated close to Hyde Park, the suites were beautiful, clean, and had everything that we required. The staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. We felt really welcome. I'm looking forward to our return to Dylan Paddington. The TV was amazing

Basic and functional will do for few nights very quiet house and street. Shame that there is extra charge for telephone and wifi in times of flat rates

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I had read various reviews of the rooms being too small etc etc but you need to get things in perspective! The price was extremely reasonable for the area and the room adequate for its use. You're in London! How much time do you spend in a hotel room?! The kitchenette had everything you needed to cook if you wanted to, plus a DVD player in the room. Only downside we found is that you can hear alot through the walls and above but thankfully our fellow travellers weren't too noisy! We'd be happy to stay at Dylan Paddington again

Situated on a quiet, upmarket street unlike a lot of Central London hotels. Its unique selling point is the basic kitchen facilities in the room. My room was small but very clean and was far pleasanter than many similar priced hotels I have stayed in. Minus points are the hard wood flooring in the rooms that means much clattering from the guests above, no plug for the bathroom basin, flat batteries in the TV remote, a fridge that needed defrosting and no full time on-site reception staff to help if you have any problems

Location is convenient to Paddington Stationn, which as you know serves Heathrow Express plus mainline rail and tube lines. Hotel is well maintained, interior clean, brightly lighted, welcoming smile from receptionist. Room is clean, which is a priority, fresh bed linen, all equipment clean and working. Shower is cramped and overheard ceiling peeling. Otherwise ok value for London
