Very clean, friendly staff, great location.

Perfectly adequate budget central London accommodation. Booked private double room, basic but not too cramped. Staff friendly and helpful. Very reasonable breakfast included in hotel next door for minimal extra charge. Pleasant leafy green square outside.

The placement of the hotel is really good and nice. But there is not breakfast and the mattress was horrible.

It was not bad actually. Very cheap. Very Central London. Although my bed was a bit squeaky, but the rooms were big and you are given a new bed sheet, duvet and pillow cover (I once went to a hostel that didn’t provide that). Nice TV room, and new kitchen. There are many showers and toilets

Obliging staff. Excellent breakfast. Great location. Rooms (double) very cramped. For elderly people, as we are, stairs were a real challenge.

You get what you pay for... the location is ideal and 24/7 unrestricted access is very good. There are 4 floors of rooms (I was on the 4th floor) and access can be strenuous. I was in a female dorm and a male staff member entered without waiting to see if anyone was in the room! Carpets were rather dirty and dusty, but generally not too bad. No secure storage in the rooms, which is a big negative point.

Comfy bed, low price, great location, beautiful view over Norfolk Square, good heating in our room, nice shared kitchen, very convenient refrigerator in the room, nonexistent staff so lots of privacy, very dirty bathrooms, noisy neighbors and trains underground, fire alarm went off and no one seemed to care, hot water stopped working for one day although the rest of the week it worked great... not sure I would stay here again but it wasn't so bad.

Nice place, stone’s throw away from Paddington station. Nice stay.
