The reception area was really nice. The room was very clean, welcoming and spacious. The staff were very helpful and even though it was a short stay, it was a pleasant one!
On arrival I asked times of breakfast but I wasn’t on the list to have breakfast even though I provided the receptionist with my receipt proving this. Monday morning the girl also stated I wasn’t on the breakfast list so my details hadn’t been updated and I had to return to the bedroom to bring my proof down before being fed. I found this very annoying that the receptionist hadn’t bothered to update this and embarrassing standing there looking as if I was trying to steal a breakfast. Everything else was of a good standard, polite staff etc, but I don’t like being humiliated.
For my holidays in London, I stay in Days Hotel London Shoreditch and it was a good hotel. I like the food and drinks and people and area. Nice zone
I have to admit that it wasn't a big surprise to me that Days Hotel London Shoreditch was a nice place in a nice area because my friends had recommended it, but I didn't expect everyone to be so friendly in a Capital City. They were all so helpful when we had problems and had to go to the doctor and the hotel itself was everything we wanted
