Ramada by Wyndham Hounslow Heathrow East Reviews page 2
Based on 10 Hotel ReviewsWe were pleased by the comfortable stay at the Days Hotel Hounslow that we enjoyed for two nights. The room and the shower/toilet were clean and spacious. Everything was in order. The little service we needed was excellent. Daniel at reception was very pleasant and efficient when we booked in. Nasirrudin, the maid who changed the linen and cleaned the room, did it with a smile and kindness. Gabriel too was cheerful and attentive. We were disappointed by the fact that we were charged £20 for parking, as we were not advised of this at the time of booking. We were also a little disappointed by the speed and connectivity of the Wi-Fi service. In fact it was on the slow side in spite of being advertised as being a high speed service. However, we would definitely book again if we needed to do so. Thank you to one and all.
The hotel was nice. However, I requested a room at the front of the hotel; this was not possible even though I arrived at 2pm, which is check in time. Room was nice and cosy, bit cold and air con would not go up past 25 degrees.
I enjoyed my stay at Days Hotel Hounslow. The room had new furniture and the staff were friendly, helping me with information and some printing. Also, the location was good as it was very near public transport.
We enjoyed our stay. Stayed on the second floor with the view facing the main road. It was the best value for what we paid for Heathrow accommodation under GBP50.00! Room was set up like one of the 4 star hotel, modern and spacious layout, big bathroom and cupboard space except there was no fridge. Suppose we can't really expect that for the money we paid. All receptionists were helpful and friendly. Tiles were loose in the bathroom. Overall very pleased to stay and will definitely recommend this to anyone who is catching flights at Heathrow as it is only a few tube stops away or GBP20.00 taxi ride
A pleasant hotel. Its about 10 minutes on the tube from Heathrow, and a 2 minute walk from there to the hotel. There is a large lobby with a lounging area and two computer stations set up for customer use. Next to the check in area is a bar and the breakfast room. The bar had great beer on tap and good wine too. We arrived late, but they kept the bar open for us so we could have a drink. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms look newly renovated and are large with comfortable beds and big clean bathrooms with large showers. Great English breakfast in a lovely glass walled breakfast area. Again, the service was fantastic. Its about 30-45 minutes on the tube to go into the city. Very convenient for a night's stay coming to and the from the airport and not bad for travel to London also. A great price for what you get! It was a great experience and the customer service was excellent.
