Nice place. Good location and value for money.

The staff were extremely efficient and helpful, although I arrived earlier than I'd expected to book in, everything was prepared and there was no problem. A query about the bill which I raised (I thought the hotel was undercharging me) was solved quickly and pleasantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was very clean, location excellent for all sights, staff very friendly and beds and rooms comfy, well worth the money, recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access around London. Right across from Kings Cross and St Pancras train and tube stations, it couldn't be better. For the money Crestfield is brilliant value and the adorable Scotty dog greeting you at the door most days is very welcome. Only criticisms are that the basic breakfast is adequate, but doesn't really set you up for the day and being in the basement room meant having to put up with a terrible flushing toilet that didn't have a lot of 'oomph' to it. All in all though I would happily recommend this hotel for a short stay in London.

The person at the reception was quite rude. She almost shout at me because I couldn't understand her. The room was clean. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. I couldn't close the window and it was freezing and the fact that they don't have a shower sink. I don't think it is hygienic to have a shower on the same floor you walk in.

Excellent location, clean hotel, good breakfast! The rooms were maybe a bit on the small side, but all you are doing is sleeping there, so perfect! I would definitely stay here again!
