Cranbrook Hotel Reviews page 6
Based on 122 Hotel ReviewsNice and simple place, lovely staff
Not my kind of hotel. No duvet provided, just a blanket, bed not comfortable, feeling some bits and pieces on bed. Not worth what I paid for at all. Food was manageable, one of the kids got sick after eating, don't know why. Staff were warm and friendly.
Stayed for 3 nights, nice people and breakfast was spot on! The only thing that we didn't like was you can hear people from the other room talking and loud banging of the doors! we would come back and book Cranbrook Hotel again soon
The rooms have the paint coming off. Far from the centre of London if you intend to go out at night. Friendly staff.
For the star rating we were quite comfortable. Had a few minor problems, which were soon sorted by the staff. Room was cleaned daily. breakfast satisfactory. Will book Cranbrook Hotel again in future
Nice London hotel, but quite far from the centre
Reasonably clean and maintained a bit dated but well worth the money. Most of the staff at Cranbrook Hotel are very helpful and friendly. Full breakfast etc included which is excellent. Only real criticism the food is not freshly cooked and kept warm so some of it is dried up. Also if food was better quality (especially bacon ,eggs) they would be worth 4 out of 5
Excellent London hotel. Nice Breakfast. Clean rooms
We are very happy with family room. Breakfast is tasty. Nice quiet hotel in London. We advise it to anybody. Thanks
Friendly London hotel with basic but comfortable rooms. Initially stayed for a week and despite having to extend my stay twice by another week and then an additional 3 days they accommodated me and my family with no fuss. Rooms cleaned every day if required. As much breakfast as you want, full English, cereals, toast. Staff friendly and cheerful. Would recommend to anyone. Stairs only so if you have trouble with stairs request a downstairs room
