Generally the stay was very good however the 2nd bed in the room was a 'put you up' and not a proper bed. However it was a triple room, with a double bed and I had requested a twin room. Also the kettle did not work and when the repair man came he said it worked when it did not, he did change the kettle, however I still had to keep my hand on it to make it boil. We stayed for 3 days and would stay again; it is my 2nd time staying at the hotel.

This hotel is totally non-smoking, which was not stipulated anywhere in the online promotional material and something I found infuriating as a smoking room had been requested in advance and I was not advised it was a non-smoking establishment. "Non-smoking rooms available on request' is very misleading in the promotional material. Although the staff were friendly, the rooms were below average size-wise and the hotel is quite a walk from the tube station when rain and cases are taken into consideration. I feel the description on the website is somewhat misleading.

Excellent stay at Comfort Inn Edgware Road every time!:)

Firstly: Don't be put off by the exterior, it's lovely inside! Our stay at the Edgware Road Comfort Inn was fantastic. The rooms were clean, very well presented and comfortable, the staff were friendly and were more than happy to let us leave our luggage there when we arrived early and again when we checked out. Next time I visit London I will certainly book Comfort Inn Edgware Road again

Good stay - quiet clean hotel for a budget traveller in relatively central location of London. Very nice, helpful staff.
