Very helpful staff at City Inn Express and a very pleasant place

Clean and friendly at City Inn Express. Very good for the price. There are no elevators, but the staff were extremely helpful with getting my luggage up the stairs

City Inn Express was exactly as shown on website. Staff were friendly and helpfull. A little bit awkward to find but got there in the end. Would book City Inn Express again

Stay was good for the price you pay for the room.  Bus stop out side to go to the city. Staff very good and happy to help

Very basic with polite staff.

The room was dirty and looked like or hadn't been cleaned for a good while. Thick dust everywhere. Questionable stains up the wall and the towels had holes in them and gum stuck in the carpet. The walls were stupidly thin so you could hear everything. We stayed 2 nights, when we got back to the hotel after our first night we saw the room hadn't been cleaned at all nor the bed made which begs the question, when do staff members clean the room? I'm really upset at the prices we were charged per night and feel they were not fair to the state of the room.
