Chelsea House Hotel Reviews page 6
Based on 125 Hotel ReviewsDidn't enjoy breakfast. I was hoping would be croissants muffins as well as cereal and toast but was very basic. The rooms were clean and tidy slept well.
Loved the stay. Staff very polite and we'll mannered.
The Chelsea House Hotel was nice and clean and the staff very friendly and hepful. The room was quite small but that was fine for us. We did not have any view as our room was located on the side of the house (wall view). But despite this, the room was not dark. Breakfasts were very simple. We would welcome a little bit wider choice at breakfast as we stayed for a week and it slowly became monotonous. General impression was very good.
I've spent three nights in Chelsea House hotel and I'd definitely recommend it because of great price. We've got quad room, which was not very large, but sufficient for one double and one single bed and a sofa, with own bathroom. Room was very clean, not luxurious of course, but you don't expect that for this money - and we did not come to London because of staying in the hotel :-) Breakfast was nice - coffee, cereals, toasts, butter and jam - not a big English breakfast, but okay. The only inconvenience was that the room was on the top and without lift - after all day's walking in the streets I wasn't sure to climb it at all....we came with low cost, so no heavy luggage so it wasn't a big trouble. Overall, I'd definitely come book again because it's a great value for the money and very close to underground District line, which takes you to majority of London's highlights.
Good value for money. Especially the bathroom was nice for a 2 star hotel. My only complaint was the uncomfortable beds.
Had a great stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean and loved the shower. Thanks Chelsea House Hotel
Would recommend the Chelsea House Hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights whilst my partner was at the Royal Brompton hospital. Very clean & hotel staff very friendly. I stayed in a double room for single occupancy and although not huge it was more than adequate and I loved the way they had partitioned off part of the room to provide an en-suite shower room - small but served the purpose - what else do you need, it is somewhere to sleep after a busy day touring London or all day visiting at the hospital! Breakfast was cereal, toast, juice & hot beverage which was all I need to start the day. Good location - 5 min walk from Earls Court station & a safe area - I was a lone female walking about late at night and all good. This was a good find and would definitely book this hotel again. If you are looking for the Ritz then look elsewhere but if you're looking for a nice hotel which is clean, comfortable, good price & great location then this is the place for you - it is a 2 star hotel but a great find on TravelStay
We had a brilliant one night stay in Chelsea House Hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and had plenty of tea/coffee with kettle. The bathroom in our room was lovely and looked very new! Close to the tube station so easy to get around London. We would definitely book to stay here again and would recommend to a friend!
The hotel was very clean and tidy. Would recommend and will book there again when I need to be in London overnight.
Room was OK.
