I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean with relatively new carpet and drapes.

An excellent hotel for a overnight stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good value for the price of the room.

Didn't really speak very understandable English and the shower was actually horrible and I refused to use it, apart from that it's a nice little hotel in a convenient location.

My wife and I stayed overnight at the Channins Hotel in Hounslow. The curtains fell down when I tried to close them. Other than that small problem, the bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was satisfactory. The bed and breakfast rate per person was very good and I would stay there again if I were passing that way.

This was my first stay at your hotel. Unfortunately it was disappointing because: 1. No hot water (or even lukewarm water) came out of the shower in the morning despite running it for over 5 minutes. As a result I had to have a strip wash. 2. The cold water tap dripped all night along which made it difficult to get to sleep even with the bathroom door closed. The tap obviously needs a new washer. I reported both these problems when I checked out.

Clean and comfortable if a little shabby. Room not ready at 14:00 as stated so we had to wait until 14:35 which caused us to be late for planned activities.

When we arrived the reception was very pleasant and quickly organised a room for us. The room was clean and tidy with en suite. They even provided us with a baby cot for us at no extra expense. Morning breakfast was also convenient as you could help yourself to what you liked and staff serving were great The staff were even willing to go out their way to do some extra things for us like warming the baby's milk up. I would recommend to everyone and will stay there again in the future.
