Staff very helpful and pleasant. Hotel well situated with bus stop outside. Room small but clean and comfortable.

The hotel's position was perfect! A few more up-to-date leaflets in the room would have been appreciated. It was a clean and comfortable if rather small room. The staff were invariably courteous. The breakfast - a bonus that the price included it - was ok. I felt this was good value for money.

Our stay at the Central House Hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and provided all facilities required. I was extremely impressed with the variety of choice available for breakfast considering the very reasonable price of accomodation. It was a very good hotel close to Victoria and Pimlico tube stations with a variety of shops, restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.

Central House Hotel is well situtated for access to central London. Beds clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and clean towels every day - loved it. Only real downside was the musty smell on the stairs after leaving reception. Breakast good, coffee lovely, set us up for the day. Staff very friendly. Will definitely stay here again

Rooms small, but adequate, nice safe area, clean and relatively quiet. Bathroom a tight squeeze - good value with an assorted continental breakfast.

For a 2 star hotel it was average. My suggestions for improvement are: Access to fresh air in room,, ventilation in bathroom, ventilation or air conditioning in breakfast room,a bit more space in twin room (there was no room for luggage), I could smell tobacco smoke in hallway. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good

If you can tolerate a very small room this is good value for the money. The breakfast is very generous, internet access in the lobby, good hot shower, clean room, reliable lift, clean towels and linen every day

Very freindly staff, the rooms were quite decent and spacious for the price! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in London for a short while or just stopping by for a night.

For a 2 stars hotel, we have enjoyed a lot Central House Hotel! Despite the fact the room was small and the toilet even smaller, it was enough for our accommodation needs! It was a clean hotel with nice staff too! The more important was that we have a bus (no. 24) which takes us to the centre of London just in front of the hotel! Victoria Station is just 10 minutes walking. Really great location! Only the breakfast was a little bit poor, but.. still enough for us! We intend to come there again on a next time in London! ;)
