Nice hotel in London, clean and adequate for our needs. Not enough tea bags in room and whitener instead of milk which tasted foul. Breakfast good

Carlton Hotel London was adequate. The breakfast was good enough. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The only feature that we found disconcerting was the fact that the light went out in the tiny bathroom if you did not wave your hand to attract the sensor and I feel this could be dangerous for any elderly person using the shower

Carlton Hotel London was convenient and excellent

It was the second time, I stayed two days and I found that there are different level of rooms. Last time was huge and big room for single, but this time was a small room and inside of kettle hasn't been washed for long time. I tried washing by myself, but it really needs to rub the dirty off. I asked them change it, they offered me a pot of tea instead of washing, or exchanging it, because they didn't have another one. The next day I was expecting that the kettle would be washed, but nothing has changed. I wanted to drink something warm in my room, but I couldn't. Despite those facts, this place is still good location, cost, and cleanness. I might book Carlton Hotel London again, but first I will find other place. Short stay would be okay, not long stay
