- By Plane
Caledonian Backpackers is only 25 minutes from Edinburgh Airport; just take the shuttle bus that will drop you onto Shandwick Place.
- By Train
Get a train to Waverley train station or Haymarket train station and follow the on foot directions below.
- On Foot
From Waverley train station exit via the stairs onto Princes Street and turn left. Walk along this street for about ten minutes until the road becomes Shandwick Place. You’ll see the Caledonian Backpackers on your right.
From Haymarket train station exit onto West Maitland Street and turn right. Walk for five minutes and you will reach Shandwick Place, where you’ll see Caledonian Backpackers on your left.
