Basic London accommodation but very clean. The gentleman on duty was very courteous and welcoming. He cooked us one of the best full English breakfasts we have had for a long time, with a welcoming smile

The staff at Broadway Lodge were excellent. The room is only suitable for a single person on a very short stay. The location is very hard to find as it is at the entrance to a multi story car park and supermarket car park. It has no private parking

The room we was in really needed up dating as the shower was small & also my wife nearly got scalded as the shower head just collapsed was just dangling & the water just got hotter, also room was not that clean. For the money we paid for a family of 3 we thought was over priced although the breakfast was 8 out of 10

I found our stay very accommodating the room was comfortable and staff very friendly I would highly recommend to book Broadway Lodge

This hotel was very shabby and of low standard. Requires a re-decoration

Although Broadway Lodge was located a little far from the centre of London it had a nice welcome, helpful manager and was overall, very friendly. My room was small but acceptable for the price
