We are a family of four. We recently spend our holiday in London over the weekend. The rooms are spacious and clean. Night are very quiet. You can get a good night sleep. The front office is most courteous. We are very much satisfied with the hotel and it's services. Commuting to central london is a breeze as the main underground station at ealing broadway is not even 15 mins walk away. There are several restaurants of various taste and shops in the vicinity.  We highly recommend Best Western Maitrise Suites especially for small families wanting inexpensive and quality accommodation in London. Who says quality service must be expensive?

This hotel was great for our 3 night stay in London. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helped us get into the city for site seeing. I would stay at the Best Western Maitrise again.

Accommodation was excellent. The apartment was very well finished and had everything one could possibly need. The only difficulty was in actually locating the suites

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Maitrise Suites as part of our honeymoon trip. We really liked the apartments - very warm, clean and quite luxurious really! We wanted somewhere quite nice because of the nature of our trip, but having a kitchenette helped us to keep our costs reasonably low. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, very good
