Best Western Cumberland Hotel Reviews page 2
Based on 43 Hotel ReviewsThe staff were lovely at Best Western Cumberland Hotel, room nice and clean. It was excellent in terms of getting to Wembley which was the purpose of our trip. The only problem was the hairdryers - the one in the room worked and then it didn't. Borrowed one from reception and it worked and then it didn't. In the end by switching off and unplugging everything I was able to dry my hair but interchanging hairdryers. I mentioned to the reception staff that I didn't think it was a hairdryer problem but an electrics problem. I hope they get it fixed
It was a good stay at Best Western Cumberland Hotel. Nothing to fault really but, window is a bit stiff. Otherwise a lovely stay
Good London hotel, nice stay. Friendly staff. Got free car park. Will book Best Western Cumberland Hotel again
Best Western Cumberland Hotel was very good although in the morning in the room that I was staying at there was a very loud noise that woke me up and was quite distributive because it was continuous. I was also told that I would be able to watch TV but when I turned it on it did not show any channels. The welcoming was very nice and the room was nice and clean
I really liked the Best Western Cumberland Hotel. I had a nice stay and the room was comfortable and tidy, also the location of the hotel was very convenient for my trip because the Harrow on the Hill Underground was 5 minute away walk
Good rooms at Best Western Cumberland Hotel, could be more spacious
Nice experience and wonderful feeling Best Western Cumberland Hotel
Hotel was clean and friendly. The only thing that might help other guests sleep better is if the doors had quiet closure, the doors shut quite sharp and bang close. Other than that it was a good London hotel
Good service at this hotel in London. Only complaint is that the pressure on shower was very poor
The hotel staff were polite and parking was available. The room was quite small but as I booked a single room this was OK. The room had tea/coffee making facilities and there were a few biscuits and hot chocolate in the room, which was a bonus. The only problem was that the shower head would not stay in the upright position so you had to stand close to the shower head to use it. Another minor issue was the TV remote control would not work from the bed (I guess the batteries were going) so you had to get out of bed to change channels. Overall for the price, my stay at this hotel in London was acceptable
