Very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room bit small for double but clean and adequate. Overall good value would book again at Best Western Burns Hotel.

I was in London for a conference and the Best Western Burns Hotel was exactly what I needed. It was clean, the staff were helpful, the room was perfect if a bit small, and generally the décor was like that of a more expensive hotel. The food let it down a little, hence the four stars, but other than it was great. I would certainly book again

Hotel easy to find via bus route. Hotel clean and comfortable. Reception very helpful. Continental breakfast adequate. Would prefer warm eggs instead of cold. Accommodation clean and comfortable

Very hotin room, clean but wallpaper coming off around window. One curtain would not close properly as hanging off rail. We requested a bathroom but had a shower ( a very good shower) but would have preffered a bath. Breakfast was reasonable, coffeee poor. Service reasonable

The Best Western Burns Hotel was a great place to stay, despite check in time being 2pm the hotel staff kindly allowed us to check into our room at 12pm as Jeff was very jetlagged. The room was cosy and warm, clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is in a brilliant location. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to friends and family
