Totally brilliant service, nice helpful staff and comfortable room

I would like to thank Best Western Hotel for giving us a very plesant stay. The hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely holiday, and will be booking with you again.

It was wonderful stay and cheap price in London. Staffs were so kind and helpful always. It was amazing English breakfast. Close to Ilford Train Station and very easy to go to central London from Ilford via Liverpool Street, but you have travel at least 30 mins to reach central. I strongly recommend Travel stay.com to get dead cheap price for Best Western hotel! Me and my family were delighted. Thanks

We enjoyed our 2 nights at Best Western Ilford Hotel very much. Extremely freindly and pleasant staff. Good sized bedroom and ensuite, great value for money. Very handy for the overground and access to the Olympic Games site

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Rooms were very high quality, clean and modern. Could have been just a little bigger. Breakfast was self service and lots on offer. Would definitely book Best Western Ilford Hotel again and would recommend. Price was reasonable too. Excellent service

When we arrived in Ilford, I was concerned as what to expect. A lovely local lady directed us to Argyle Rd where we became concerned with the area as there were shabby looking hotels on the same road. When we realised there was another end to Argyle Rd, our minds became puzzled and our eyes began to light up as we came nearer our destination. To our surprise, there it was Best Western Ilford Hotel! We were very very impressed with the receptionist went out of their way to help us. Very well presented rooms. We had a ground floor room and slept like a log. Wonderful breakfast layout and dining area. A must experience for anyone. I certainly will be visiting this London hotel in the future. My stay for three nights was great value. The bedroom was 7ft wide. Ensuite was certainly compact, but very clean. Furniture was basic but did the job; the ensuite was good quality (pity about the loose glass shelf; toilet roll holder which fell off the wall). The breakfast choice was good and was served in a very pleasant breakfast room. The staff were helpful, polite both on reception & serving breakfast. Travel to Liverpool St Station by National Rail took less than 15 mins, the hotel was about 5 mins away from Ilford Station. This is a good inexpensive alternative to staying in the centre of London; with an Oyster card the travelling costs can be limited to day travelcard costs.

Well, when I was making the booking I wasn't expecting much at all, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. It was by far the best looking hotel on the street as the other hotels looked very old fashioned. Inside it was just as impressive as the outside. The reception, dining area and bedrooms were well decorated and the staff were very polite and helpful. I even stayed an extra night and best of all you have a one minute walk to either the town centre or the tube. I would definitely stay there another time if the price is right
