Bayswater Inn Reviews page 6
Based on 104 Hotel ReviewsClean and convenient for shopping, food and transportation. Staff very helpful
Perfect place for exploring London - Hyde Park nearby. After restoration Bayswater Inn looks nice and has some decent budget rooms that are perfectly fitting when you look for accomodation at a central place in London. I was not so glad with the sound of the elevator next to my room but you get used to it. Also the cooler engine on the roof was in front of my window so at morning you did not need an alarm clock to get to breakfast early enough. Positively said, the cooler only works until noon and you should not stay in a hotel but get out so that's ok. I would come back if I will return to London
I've enjoyed to stay in your hotel. I've got the room on the 4th floor and I think it was great to see the fresh green trees around. I've enjoyed also looking at television and other hotel facilities, like calling the taxi which drop me at nearby railway station in Paddington. The breakfast was very good: very big choice of meals starting from the beans, sausages, eggs, jam with butter and hot coffee or other hot drinks plus juice. When I return to London (hopefully in Autumn '13), I'll stay in your hotel in beautiful surroundings of Bayswater and Hyde Park
Room for 4 is on the small side but was clean. Was extremely hot even with the window open. Location was excellent
The room was clean and had what I needed for my short stay. The staff were friendly, the continental breakfast was good the scrambled eggs were really nice and it was quiet when I needed sleep. All in all Bayswater Inn is a good hotel for the price
Very nice room and breakfast great. Only down side was bathroom staining on bath and damaged toilet seat. All in all very good
Hotel is OK, people very friendly. For London you get a big clean room. Breakfast could be better, but is OK. For London this is a good deal
Hotel was ok in a good location. Moderate room, poor beds. Breakfast was a bit dull; every day the same. One night we were woken up at four o'clock by someone knocking loudly on our door; turned out to be a pizza boy having the wrong room. I think it is very bad that the hotel allows strangers wandering in the hotel at night when guests are sleeping.
Nice hotel with a good location near Hyde Park and Bayswater Tube Station. Many different and good restaurants located around the hotel! Breakfast simple but ok
I really wasn't sure what to expect with this London hotel as after booking I read some very scathing reviews. My fears proved completely unfounded! Location is quiet side street overlooking a typically picturesque square. Reception area is pretty smart and impressive. Our double room was great - very clean, tidy and with very comfortable bed. The bathroom was a decent size and immaculate - and I don't just mean clean but rather brand new and freshly installed. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Breakfast room was a little tired and in need of a decorative overhaul but buffet was hot, nicely cooked and plentiful. Value for money? Yes - excellent. Would I recommend the place or stay again? Without hesitation. In my opinion excellent value for the money we paid for our stay
