Cracking spot. Had two days, two nights there with the wife to do a bit of shopping and see some sights and well pleased that I booked. The bar downstairs is reasonable what with it being a pub and not some snooty hotel bar. Rooms are modern and clean. Totally comfortable and right next to the shopping and transport. Aye I’ll definitely book again, we had a cracking time

Nice room at BayTree Hotel, but mattress topper badly crumpled under cover - fortunately I only needed some of the double bed. Fab breakfast

We stayed here for just one night for New Year. It did the job but I wouldn't stay here longer than that. The room we stayed in was comfortable, clean sheets and a comfortable bed. The ensuite smelt horrendous (a damp mouldy smell) so we kept the door shut. Otherwise the room was fine the shower worked, I also asked for a hairdryer which was fine. Breakfast is served in the pub; we were given four slices of toast, beans and scrambled/fried eggs but nothing else! So if you’re looking for basic and close to Stratford then this would be fine for you.

I was very disappointed by the service at the hotel, particularly at breakfast. It was very basic and I do not recommend anyone to this hotel.

Location good,15 minutes from the tube, my room was quite good. Would stay at BayTree Hotel again but without breakfast, good but everyday the same

Nice little hotel, close to the Stratford centre and station. A lovely room with modern decor and furniture. The room was definitely the best thing about the hotel. Downstairs was nice but more basic and needs a bit of touching up. I liked the shared kitchen but breakfast was quite basic. Nice friendly staff and quiet hotel so felt relaxed

We enjoyed our stay at the BayTree Hotel. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom although a little cold was spacious and smart. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts and found the running of the kitchen to be very relaxed (we particularly enjoyed the ability to make tea and coffee for ourselves). We would recommend the Bay Tree to anybody wanting a hotel close to the O2 Arena as it's only 3 metro stops on the Jubilee Line

It is a familiar, nice hotel in London. The room is comfortable, smartly designed. The staff is also helpful. There were assets available for us in the kitchen which was a great help. The transport is also good, quite close to Stratford. Good value for price
