Good customer service at Barking Park Hotel, large and secured car park and clean space

Staff were friendly, and secured carpark was great, didn't use the kitchen or breakfast facilities. Overall, Barking Park Hotel could do with an update

There needs to be a few hooks on the door or wall to hang a coat and clothing i e. dressing gown etc. At times there was noise overhead like children jumping. Twice I had to report to reception about the noise. There was no heating, granted that it's not winter

Very basic room at Barking Park Hotel. Not that clean. Very polite staff. Cleaning need some attention

The hotel personeal are really nice and professional they do their job like a 5 star hotel, also I have to mention everything was very clean, the beds mattresses are high quality I had a brilliant experience sleeping on them. Barking Park Hotel is situated close to Barking Station plus their prices are very convenient and affordable I can say is the best hotel in East London
