A comfortable stay was had at Avni Kensington Hotel, the breakfast was a little disappointing but there are other places you can go if you don't like it. We were a little bit cramped in our room but it is London after all. We would possibly stay here again

No frills London hotel, very basic, no bar, no room service, however staff friendly, some more helpful than others. Wouldn't return for a second visit, as awake all night due to taxi drivers and hotel staff hanging about outside on the street socialising. Clean enough, breakfast staff very pleasant and helpful

Avni Kensington has a good location. It's clean and has decent facilities

Lovely very clean hotel in a prime location which made it excellent value for money. The staff were all professional and helpful, not least the reception staff who were more than helpful and professional to all guests attending to all requests. Unfortunately I did witness a few guests who were quite abrupt and demanding but I was very impressed the staff (especially reception) dealt with them in the most calm and professional manner. I would absolutely book Avni Kensington Hotel again in the future

Avni Hotel Kensington is very clean, nicely decorated and a good size for a London 3 star hotel. I had checked all the reviews very carefully looking for a clean hotel and I was not disappointed. I would have given it 5 stars except for the carpet, which was a little dusty. Otherwise it was a very good stay. Breakfast was adequate

Very good value, clean, just perfect for a stay in London for a few days

Avni Kensington Hotel was good for what we wanted for weekend. We went to Royal Albert Hall for show, hotel was within easy walking distance. Very basic, shower room was good with plenty of hot water. Basic continental breakfast. May use again if need to! Staff ok.

The hotel is in a great location, near Kensington High Street and the Natural History Museum. The room was fresh and clean and the bathroom was adequately sized. Continental breakfast was fairly standard
