In general, very good. Very friendly staff. One issue: I've noticed the cleaning is not as good as it used to be (especially the toilets). A real pity since all the other things are pretty good

My stay at the hostel was not pleasant as I had no key to the room. I was told to keep a shoe in the door when go to wash room. No security at all. Frankly speaking I will not go there again

Well, I was there staying at your hostel only for 2 days but I had a wonderful time. Everybody was helpful and courteous. Next time not only me but I would also recommend my friends to stay at your hostel. Thank you.

The Astor Victoria hostel was nice and clean, very well situated I just missed some place where you can smoke (after 20:00 you are not allowed to smoke in front of hostel).

The place was not good at all, not worth 20 Pounds... really, no free internet connection, the breakfast was not even good...I don’t know why they charge that much for an inconvenient hostel. I would not stay there anymore.

Very nice location, easy to find. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. The reception is open 24h and internet is very cheap (1 pound for 40mins). Would stay there again.

Was an average hostel, fine to stay in for one night. The location was great didn't take long to get anywhere.

Not perfect, but well worth the money. Friendly staff, good location (5 min from Pimlico, 10 min from Victoria). Loads of books in the lounge area.

Nice hostel, definitely one of the better ones, clean, friendly staff. Small place, so not too loud, only minus is the missing TV room.
