Acot Hyde Park Hotel was nice, especially for the price. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only thing is wifi costs extra. Many hotels, I notice, charge for this, so it'd be something of a bonus to have free wifi, or even a complimentary hour just in case guests need to go online and check in for flights etc.

Tired frontage and staff member spoke little English but pleasant enough. We had to wait 30mins for a manager to get our query answered. Rooms are very small but clean enough for a 1 night stay. Very noisy hotel, fire alarms kept going off as a fault in the morning. Don't go to the restaurant attached for breakfast.

Really great hotel to stay and great value

The Hotel was basic but clean and very good value for money. The rooms were of a good standard with all you needed, that bathroom and particularly the show was good (a lot of places have rubbish showers). The breakfast was ok, a but chaotic in the way it was set up. Overall a good deal.

Good location for Paddington station and good value.

Room sparkling clean, modern up to date fixtures all working. Hot water, kettle reading lights, new wood floor. Safe, quiet, warm. Kind staff, thoughtful and friendly. Excellent location. 10 out of 10 rating. Thank u ascot hyde park hotel. (did not try restaurant)
