The apartment was well equipped, comfortable, warm (in Feb!) and spacious. Slightly "tired" but clean. I felt that more care could have been taken with checking the apartment more thoroughly as not everything was working properly. Very friendly and helpful staff in the accommodation office, however, and I would definitely return

Me and my Mum had a really good stay here - the location was amazing! Apartments were clean, tidy and had a lot more facilities than other places I've stayed for the same price. Nice decor and bed linen. The kitchenette was really handy as sometimes staying in London can be expensive if you have to buy every meal out. Occasional noise from the union over the road. Overall, really good! Will definitely use again
