Really enjoyed our brief stay at Anchor House Hotel. Garden room was cosy and breakfast was good. Would recommend to friends as good value and pleasant staff

Room at Anchor House Hotel was very clean, but extremely small. Being in the back garden, we had to walk through the rain to get to breakfast. But facilities all good, and service excellent. Polite and friendly

Pros: tidy, clean-ish, warm and cosy, near the tube station, everything work and the stuff in the room (like tea and coffee and stuff) was all fine. Cons: Could have been cleaner, the outside looks like a badly-run chippy, the decoration was a bit weird and some parts can be a bit pokey. And I wanted WiFi throughout, not just in communal areas. On the whole though, if I needed to be in that area I’d book again. It’s a nice place and the staff are really friendly

Anchor House Hotel is very welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Buffet style breakfast was very good value for money. Could help yourself to all kinds of treats! Would recommend. Easy to get to tube station/buses to get to Wembley. Although the bus does take around 30-40 minutes so allow enough time

On first look this London hotel didn't look like much but actually very clean and comfortable, the staff are lovely too. The outside lets it down but this is just cosmetic. Overall very nice stay for the price

Wow I have just spent a night in London and stayed at Anchor House Hotel. I was amazed at the wonderful service we received from the second I walked through the door!!! The staff are kind friendly and exceptional in every way. The guest house is opulent and comfortable in every way. I will be back, guaranteed

I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Anchor House hotel. The room & bathroom I was allocated was clean and tidy and kettle etc were in working order. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of different things to eat. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. I would book there again if I'm in that area and definitely recommend it to others
