The room was not very clean at Alliance House, while the bathroom was. Since the window could not be opened completely, the air inside the room was not very fresh

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Alliance House during my passage trough London. It is a new building, the room is very comfortable with bathroom, the staff is great. I really recommend. Note there is not a close underground station, but you have many bus options just at the door that will get you to central London in 15 minutes

Excellent value, beats many a hotel for which I have paid twice the price. Friendly staff, nice room, good wifi, very convenient location. I shall definitely book Alliance House again (note only available in long vacation).

To be clear upfront: for my kind of travelling, I recommend it and would go again in the future if the present condtions remain. The plus it is cheap for what they offer in an grossly expensive city like London. Private bathroom, private room reasonably roomy, free internet (although registration is a chore) reasonably fast. The minus the general state of maintenance and cleaning they do not clean the room, ever, during your stay, it is up to you to keep it tidy. Even upon taking possession the first day I found hairs in the shower. The state of carpet is despicable, I would not walk barefoot on it. The laundry system you may forget as impractical unless you stay long term enough to do at least 2-3 washes, at least there is a nearby coin laundry open until 21:00. I stayed one week and you receive only one towel so doing laundry is almost mandatory (I had two spares, so I did not have the need). It is not far from the center, zone 2, but the choice of services somewhat is limited, there is one mini supermarker, local shops and that is all

I found the staff very, very helpful. It was a pleasure to stay at this accommodation and all I can say is that I will certainly return to Alliance House

I'm very happy to have booked with Alliance House. The room was comfortable, with all a guest could need inside. The staff during helped me every time I need it and I think that they did very well their job. My only complaint is about the supervisor in the night because I went yesterday to ask what I could do I have lost my passport and he couldn't give me an answer, there was not a protocol

Everything was ok just the cooking hob takes quite a long time to heat up and it would be better if the window can be open

On arrival I was greeted with a lady called Gloria who coudn't have done enough to help me with travel etc. The rooms are clean and comftable very quiet the only thing that was disapointing was no tv in the room

Nice, clean and quite stay for low cost. Restriction on the window is quite bad in a hot summer. Could be a better ventilation in the bathroom

Very good comfortable and clean student type en siute accommodation with shared kitchen. Efficient admin. Relatively reasonable price. Not a lot of ventilation for the very hot weather
