Access Apartments City Reviews page 2
Based on 7 Hotel ReviewsWhile it was a very nice, new apartment the apartment wasn't cleaned properly and was missing a lot of stuff from the kitchen (such as knifes, chopping board etc.)We also had problems accessing the internet. We had great difficulty contacting management about our concerns and it took a couple of days before these problems were rectified. However I must add on a positive note that when we were finally able to contact management our building manager was more than helpful in providing the necessary equipment.
Staying at the apartment was great for us and our 3 kids aged 2-6; two bedrooms/two bathrooms plus a good kitchen and open plan living space was great, much better than a hotel. The apartment was clean and nicely done and there was a shop underneath the apartments for food/milk/teabags etc. The free taxi transfer from check-in in Bayswater was fine and the process wasn't too much hassle. The area was convenient for us as we were travelling on to see family from Liverpool Street but the apartments are off a main road next to a big storage facility so not particularly lovely - fine for us though. Finally, the lift was broken which meant a hike up to the sixth floor with a pushchair, oh joy. We would definitely stay again though, the set up was ideal for families with young children.
