Acacia Hostel London Reviews page 3
Based on 164 Hotel ReviewsThe Acacia is well-situated in Central London, and is good value for money. I do regret that such a lovely building is not kept pristine. The banister handrail was so dirty I used 4 sheets of tissue to get the surface muck off and the whole place could do with some hot water and soap cleaning. I almost asked for a bucket of hot water to scrub the front step. However, I would still recommend it on value and location.
Hostel is good for gents. If you have family then do not go for dormetry room. Individual rooms are better. Very close from South Kengiston railway station. Good indian food surrounding hotel like Moti Mahal , Indian Cusine etc. Hotel breakfast is also good. Very good value for a London stay. Suggestion : Locker room for people living in dormitory room is much needed.
Not what I was expecting and too expensive for the price. Environment was dirty, the sink in the room was very dirty and couldn't use it.
Stayed for 2 nights as a family with 3 children. Booked a room for our family. Room and bathroom very clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable beds. TV in room. Straight forward breakfast. Quiet. A good choice for value family stay. Would stay again when next visiting London with my family.
Acacia Hotel London was in a great location, very convenient to most of the other places we wanted to get to and also close to the tube station (which can be gotten to from the airport using the Piccadilly line, no transfers needed). The rooms were spacious enough, and the room in the basement we had also had a bathroom in the room itself which was really good
My stay at Acacia Hostel London was ok. The location of the hostel is very good, near the underground, very near to local sightseeings. The bed, toilet and showers were clean but the floor is certainly needed vacuuming. The thing that bothered me is you have to pay for the key and there's nobody using the key anyway. The room was always unlocked. Security is not that good
This London hostel is really nice: it is clean and the breakfast is tasty (muesli, corn-flakes, milk, bread with butter and jam, and tea). Plus, the position is very central, just a few meters from the Natural History Museum. I booked a private room for one person and I was given a room for five persons only for myself, so I had plenty of space and a table where I could work! I would definitely recommend this hostel (you should just be aware that, if the bathroom is shared, you will possibly have to wait in the morning, or look for a free bathroom on another floor)
Really enjoyed the stay at Acacia Hostel London, very quiet place, staff very friendly, only if you can provide towels in the rooms would be really helpful. Looking forward for another stay, I'll bring my towels this time
Perfect location, very friendly receptionist. Hot shower, clean. Breakfast is modest, toast and cereal but enough for beginning of the long day. Would book Acacia Hostel London again
Liked location and price at Acacia Hostel London. Disliked that the lady serving toast during breakfast seemed a bit displeased with being there
