Pretty awful really. We couldn't sleep both nights as the walls were so thin and people were loud when they came from a night out. Window also sounded like it was wide open it was that loud! Rooms were tiny. The bed was also 3/4 not double. The whole hotel was a very small town house that's a bit shabby. When we requested more tea bags and milk they didn't seem very obliging. At least it was clean and certain members of staff were lovely. However, lack of sleep on the night was awful. Wouldn't recommend unless you don't sleep much

We stayed at the 4th floor (no elevator). The room was clean but with no heater and with a noise of floating water for all the night. No curtains on the window. The room was very noisy.

Booking with Travelstay was without any problems. Our Room in ABC Hyde Park Hotel was very very small and the walls were mouldy when we arrived. Got new paint during our stay. I never experienced such a thing. Breakfast was simple but OK

Located very conveniently close to underground and shops for basic needs, good value for money, free breakfast, friendly staff. Would stay again

I had a single room which was very small but was really clean and quite comfortable. However this hotel is situated on the main road and is pretty noisy if you're at the front of the hotel like I was. The bathroom was clean and modern, I had a shower at 10 at night thinking fewer guests would be doing this so to increase the temperature of the water but it shot from hot to cold! Brrr! However great location (only 5-10 mins from Paddington) and pretty good breakfast, all round it's good value. I would stay here again but ask for a room at the back of the hotel

We had the room next to the breakfast room, which actually wasn’t that noisy. It's clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and polite

Good location, 3-4 min walk to Paddington station, newly refurbished rooms, great shower, overall I enjoyed my stay at the ABC Hyde Park Hotel
