A nice clean room and very welcoming reception staff at Hyde Park Boutique Hotel. Couldn't complain for a one night stay in London, but no luxury experience. Couldn't find a hairdryer in our room, and no drinking water supplied as is usually the case nowadays
Good availability via tube and bus, Hyde Park Boutique Hotel is nicely located in good area. Problem with room at first, but very helpful staff that solved it immediately. Good choice of tea and coffee, lovely building. Steep staircase and no elevator, but staff helps with luggage
Our stay at Hyde Park Boutique Hotel for three nights was very comfortable. The room was big, the bath room was clean and we enjoyed the view from our room in the 4th floor. Great location, clean hotel, staff very professional and friendly. Two thongs that are super important that were not mentioned before hand first that there was a 4 floor walk up and my kid has a small but noticeable motor handicap, if I had know I had to walk up I would have had requested a room in a lower floor in advance. The hotel was pretty booked and changed could not be made at the moment. Second, the hotel was under renovations. That type of information should be offered to the client in advance. The mattresses were horrible, so old that you could feel the metal coils and springs, The staff was very nice trying their best to resolve the problem by turning the bed over, it did not help much but I really appreciate the good intentions. I would book Hyde Park Boutique Hotel again because it was a pleasant experience over all
