Hotel Balkan Information and Photos

When I turned up at the Hotel Balkan the man told me they were having work done on the hotel and we weren't staying there. We got taken to another hotel up the road called the Green Hotel. The Green Hotel was good for what we paid. We had two double beds for a two-sharing room. The only fault was with the shower - it was either too hot or too cold, but apart from that the stay was good

The Hotel Balkan had clean sheets and towels, lovely hot water, but the blanket was stained, the curtains had cigarette burns in them, the mattress was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. I've taken better to the tip. Having the room in the basement meant we were entitled to hear our neighbours next door and above us every time they used the toilet.

Room was good for me and bathroom with shower nice, pity there was no wifi in room. Good price/quality for me

The room was (too) small for five people. The curtains were too short (car lights flashed into the room). Price was reasonable

The size of the room is small, the staircase is steep without lift. There is no reception in Hotel Balkan, I needed to walk to next door Hotel Euro to report myself in when I reached the hotel. The room assigned to me was quiet as it was not facing the main road. Overall, it is averagely ok for the price. A good point is this hotel is very near to the underground
