We only stayed for 1 night but felt this hotel was extremely comfortable and the staff were both helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book Hotel 82 London again

I was very impressed with this hotel in London. The lady at the reception was very helpful and very friendly which made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and well equipped, I would definitely recommend this hotel, well worth the money

Very pleasant stay at Hotel 82 London. The room was clean, bright and well laid out and the bathroom was modern and efficient. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Hotel 82 London is actually fine. Unfortunately, I could not close the door properly. There remained an open gap between the frame and the door. It also smelt strongly of drains in the bathroom. There was mould behind the kitchen cupboard

Hotel 82's location: excellent. The hotel room was most satisfactory: warm, quiet, and with nice beds. Only remark: a burned light in the bathroom. My friend and I spent two nights.
