Best Western Palm Hotel London Reviews
Based on 20 Hotel ReviewsThe hotel was nice, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, however situated at the front of the hotel which was right on the main road. Bit noisy but not much of a problem. Also, tried to order room service which was supposedly between a certain time so we ordered within that time however we were told it wasn't until 6pm. So we were a bit annoyed at that. All in all was okay!
Perfect location for Wembley Stadium a few bus stops and on the straight on the tube really easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy but unfortunately we were on the lower level and the room smelt of damp which was worse in the morning. But apart from that I would recommend Best Western Palm Hotel London. Breakfast was good value
Lovely spacious clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent!. Will book Best Western Palm Hotel London again
Very enjoyable stay at Best Western Palm Hotel, excellent room and very good breakfast, great transport links from hotel, ideal for Wembley stadium or Central London. Would certainly book to stay here again
We booked Best Western Palm Hotel online with travelstay.com, we had not used them before but found them easy to use and the booking was very easy. We arrived at the hotel but the parking was full, so we were given a map by the very helpful lady on reception and parked for free within an 8 minute walk from the hotel. The room we had was very good, it was very clean and very modern and nice and quiet being on the back of the hotel. We stayed at the Palm so we could go to Wembley for a concert and expected to pay quite a lot on a taxi each way, but the helpful lady said we could get a bus outside the hotel and in 10 minutes be at Finchley Road Tube where the train goes direct to Wembley. We did this each way at a fraction of the cost of a taxi and much quicker as you don't have to fight the traffic.
