Kincaid Court
Kincaid Court is one of the largest and most centrally situated blocks of University flats. Edinburgh city centre is only five minutes walk away. Built in traditional tenement style around a large central courtyard, accommodation consists of single study bedrooms, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
The flats accommodate between 4 and 12 people. A typical room consists of a single bed, wardrobe, desk with chest of drawers, study chair, armchair, bookcase, wastebin, desklight. Bathroom facilities (baths and showers) are shared. Communal kitchens provide full self-catering facilities except for cutlery and crockery. There is a laundrette and TV room. Bedding is not supplied.

The King's Buildings Campus can be accessed from the A701 from from the City Bypass (A720) until it becomes Mayfield Road. Entrance gates 3 and 4 can be found on Mayfield Road with entrance gates 1 and 2 on West Mains Road. Visitors using the A1 can approach the University following the City Bypass (A720), turn off at the A701 junction until it becomes Mayfield Road (The Science and Engineering Faculty) and continue straight ahead until through Causewayside until you reach the central area
